Price and Taxes
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Prices do not include taxes or transportation fees.
Orders that are shipped to Canada will be billed GST (5%). For orders that are shipped to Quebec, QST (9.5%) will be added on top of the GST (5%) except for products that are exempt from QST in Quebec like Diapers, baby bottles and certain nursing products. HST (13%) will be added instead of the GST (5%) where applicable.
Tax and transportation fees will be added to your order upon checkout.
To Order
We only accept online orders via our shopping cart with online payment.
Inventory
It is possible that a product shown on our website be out of stock. If this is the case, we will inform you immediately after we receive your order. You may cancel this product from your order if you wish too or wait until we receive new inventory for this product. If you wish to cancel all of your order, we will reimburse the total of your payment.
Certain products are only available on special order. You will be informed of this in the product description.
Payment Method
We accept credit card payments from Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover through Paypal. For more information on this payment option as well as security information, please refer to Paypal’s website at: www.paypal.com
Shipping Time
We ship orders 2-10 business days after receiving an order and payment confirmation through Paypal unless specified otherwise in product description and according to product availability. Please note that special orders may have a shipping time of several weeks. You will be informed of this in the product description. We will inform you by email once your order has been shipped out.

Shipping Method
Most of our orders are sent through Canada Post to the address specified with your payment or order. Shipping delays depend upon product availability as well as the shipping method used and area where it is sent. Please note that orders with multiple products may be sent in multiple shipments and may have different process/shipping times are well as shipping methods. (Please see ‘’ drop shipping ‘’ below)
We do not ship any orders to PO Boxes.
We are not responsible for any postal delays. We are not responsible for your order once it is sent by Canada Post although we will give you a tracking number for your order when it is available.
Please note that custom made and personalized orders may have shipping times of several weeks. You will be informed of this in the product description.
Drop Shipping
Some of our products are Drop shipped which means they are sent to the customer directly from the supplier. You will be informed of the shipping details in product description.
Returns & Exchanges
At Le Petit Bébé we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will reimburse your order within 15 days after you received it for a complete refund through Paypal minus shipping fees. The procedure is the same for an exchange.
All products returned or exchanged must be new and in its original packaging, never have been washed, warn or used and must be accompanied with the instruction papers, tags and original bill. There must also be an authorization number (see below for details). The buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees, taxes, any other applicable fees.
The buyer must obtain an authorization number by Le Petit Bébé before returning any products. The product must be returned in our office within 15 days of receiving the authorization number. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or reimbursement if the product does not meet these requirements.
If there is an error in an order and it is caused by the buyer, shipping/custom fees as well as any other applicable fees for the exchange are the buyer’s responsibility. If the error is on our part then the exchange will be at the expense of Le Petit Bébé.
Defective Product
All of our products (if any) are warranted by the manufacturer. No other warranty is offered by Le Petit Bébé. We accept returns and exchanges for a defective product within 15 days following the reception of the order accompanied by the original bill as well as an authorization number. Shipping and handling fees are the buyer’s responsibility. We do not reimburse any shipping fees.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel an order up to 24h following payment. We must quickly be advised of your wishes at info@lepetitbebe.ca. If after the 24h period you still wish to cancel an order, you must return the products to our office at your expense. Custom made or personalized orders cannot be cancelled. There will be no fees charged on orders cancelled before if has been shipped.
Delivery refusal
If one of our packages is refused for delivery, the buyer will be responsible for all of the shipping charges we had to pay. We will reimburse your order minus the shipping charges we had to pay for shipping your item as the ones we had to pay to get the item sent back to us.
Information Inaccuracies
Le Petit Bébé cannot be held liable for any inaccuracies in the information provided.
Limitation of Liability
Le Petit Bébé cannot be held liable in any way(direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential) for loss, harm or damages resulting from the purchase of an item sold on this website and it's usage or the use of this website.
